UX Research & Data Analysis

Insights gathered from user feedback were leveraged to conduct targeted UX research, aimed at identifying specific areas requiring improvement. This research informed the design strategy, with a primary focus on optimizing prescription workflows and enhancing the monitoring of patient progress.

Collaborative Design Process

Stakeholders were actively involved in refining the proposed solutions through a series of wireframes and iterative prototypes. Regular feedback sessions were conducted, fostering a transparent and open communication channel. This approach allowed for ongoing adjustments based on stakeholder insights and user needs, ensuring that the design evolved with a focus on real-world requirements. As a result, each iteration became more aligned with the project's goals, leading to a more effective and user-centered final solution.

Human-Centered Solutions for Healthcare Efficiency

The design strategy for Vitala followed design thinking principles, starting with a deep understanding of healthcare providers' and patients' needs through empathy and user research. Key challenges around prescription workflows and progress monitoring were defined, guiding the ideation of innovative solutions to streamline these processes. Iterative prototyping, including wireframes and user flow diagrams, enabled collaborative refinement with stakeholders. Testing validated the improved designs, resulting in measurable enhancements in prescription speed and user satisfaction.
